Liability Waiver

This Liability Waiver explains the risks associated with automotive repair services provided by M&J's Mobile Mechanics ("the Company"). By scheduling service, authorizing work, checking the agreement box, or signing electronically, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.

1. Assumption of Risk

The customer understands that automotive inspection, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair involve inherent risks. Vehicle components may be worn, damaged, corroded, seized, modified, or previously repaired in ways that are not visible before work begins.

The customer voluntarily accepts these risks when authorizing service.

2. Pre-Existing Vehicle Conditions

M&J's Mobile Mechanics is not responsible for pre-existing mechanical, electrical, structural, cosmetic, or safety-related conditions that existed before service began.

The Company is not responsible for failures resulting from normal wear and tear, age, corrosion, previous repairs, aftermarket modifications, or damage unrelated to the services performed.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, M&J's Mobile Mechanics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from services provided.

Nothing in this waiver limits liability for damages caused by proven negligence, willful misconduct, or any responsibility that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

4. Mobile Service Risks

The customer understands that services are performed outside of a traditional repair facility and that weather, lighting, terrain, surrounding traffic, and other environmental conditions may affect the repair process.

The customer accepts these risks and releases M&J's Mobile Mechanics from liability for delays or interruptions caused by conditions beyond the Company's reasonable control.

5. Customer-Supplied Parts

If the customer chooses to provide replacement parts, M&J's Mobile Mechanics is not responsible for incorrect, defective, incompatible, counterfeit, or prematurely failed parts supplied by the customer.

Any additional labor required because of customer-supplied parts may result in additional charges.

6. Vehicle Operation

Some repairs require the vehicle to be started, moved, lifted, or road tested to properly inspect, diagnose, repair, or verify operation.

The customer authorizes M&J's Mobile Mechanics to perform these actions when reasonably necessary to complete the approved service.

7. Personal Property

The customer is responsible for removing money, electronics, firearms, tools, valuables, and other personal belongings from the vehicle before service.

M&J's Mobile Mechanics is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property left inside the vehicle unless caused by proven negligence.

8. Unforeseen Circumstances

M&J's Mobile Mechanics shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, traffic incidents, equipment failure, power outages, supplier delays, or government actions.

9. Release and Indemnification

The customer agrees to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless M&J's Mobile Mechanics, its owner(s), employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of the requested services, except to the extent caused by the Company's proven negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Acknowledgment

By checking the agreement box or signing electronically, the customer acknowledges that they:

• Have read and understood this Liability Waiver.

• Understand the risks associated with automotive repair services.

• Voluntarily accept these terms.

• Agree to release M&J's Mobile Mechanics from liability to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
